1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rato, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rato.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the ratings, reviews, lists, and other content you create on Rato. By posting content, you grant Rato a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, misleading, or abusive content
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
  • Circumvent any security measures

5. Marketplace

Rato provides a marketplace feature for users to buy and sell items. Rato is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfillment of orders.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including ratings, reviews, lists, and profile information.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Rato available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rato is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
